Production Criteria

Production Times

Turnaround time on most jobs is 24 to 48 hours*. All work will be ready for pick up "end-of-day" on the due date unless other arrangements have been discussed. Work requested in less than 24 hours may be subject to additional charges. Turnaround times are based on "reasonable" quantities and production schedules. Larger jobs may take longer…but the job will be done when we say it will be. *Unless otherwise noted

Payment Terms

All orders are COD unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Company accounts may be established with an approved credit application. Credit terms are 15 / 30 days net. Finance charges will be applied to overdue accounts. Accounts exceeding 45 days will be placed on a COD basis. Visa, Master Card and ATM.

File Support

We can offer technical support in setting up files for imaging. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning software applications supported and file formatting. We make every effort to troubleshoot potential problems, but cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. This includes, but is not limited to content, resolution of raster data or image ability of client files. In addition, we cannot assume any responsibility for poorly created files. We can only troubleshoot "technical" file attributes, not edit or "second guess" the graphic content of client files. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged. You may use our FTP site for uploading large data file, in file transfer. Just call us for any assistance. Remember: the better the file we start with…the better the final product.

Proofs

We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, "color critical" files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.

Deadlines

Imaging orders are subject to output time constraints. We reserve the right to interrupt output of files that appear corrupt, cause system malfunctions or involve unusually long output time. Please establish the compatibility of your files before requesting services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or erased files or incompatible media. Please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.

Reproduction in any form, of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator, is illegal. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission. We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.

Delivery

Free pick-up and delivery is available for most jobs dependant on store location, minimum order required.
